Protects the rights of children and youth by providing information, referrals and advice on juvenile law. Offers legal services; family mediation; juvenile court petitions for abuse and neglect allegations, college scholarships for Oregon foster children, emancipation procedures for teens, housing issues for minors; public school enrollment; school discipline, including suspension and expulsion; special education law and the rights of parents/ children; independent living programs; and investigation of access to mental health services covered by OHP.
8:30a.m.-5p.m. Mon.-Fri.; closed for lunch during noon hour.
