Provides long-term support to ensure stable, healthy living. Offers short-term help with housing-related expenses. Provides donated furnishings and assistance with moving.

This is a program set up for HIV+ persons and those of unknown status to openly discuss and explore their behaviors in terms of HIV transmission risk. This is a one on one program and does not require that clients make any particular changes in their behavior unless they feel ready and want to make changes. Can be done in person or by phone. The program is no-cost and confidential in nature. Incentives are available for each session completed, up to 6 sessions.
