Multnomah County Resources

This is a program set up for HIV+ persons and those of unknown status to openly discuss and explore their behaviors in terms of HIV transmission risk. This is a one on one program and does not require that clients make any particular changes in their behavior unless they feel ready and want to make changes.  Can be done in person or by phone. The program is no-cost and confidential in nature. Incentives are available for each session completed, up to 6 sessions.

Case Managers are linked to HIV health care providers, and most are located in provider clinics. Spanish-speaking staff and access to other language interpretation are available. Hospital psychiatrico con enfoque en salud mental y adicciones.  Provee servicios de internado, y  servicios no residenciales intensivos.  Se acepta la mayoria de aseguranza y Medicare.

Self help for anxiety, depression and other mental health issues.  Support groups meet weekly at various times and locations throughout Portland metro area; call or visit the website for further details.  All are welcome.  Donations are requested but not required.
