HIV CASE MANAGEMENT

Case Managers are linked to HIV health care providers, and most are located in provider clinics. Spanish-speaking staff and access to other language interpretation are available. To access services through Partnership Project, please call the Intake Line at 503-517-3590 to schedule an intake; the intake can be done jointly for Partnership Project and Cascade AIDS Project.
